A 30-year-old man from California was wearing a jail jumpsuit when he was taken into custody on April 11. Fresno County Sheriff's deputies recognized the man from past incidents when they saw him standing on a median and looking at a parked car. Witnesses had reported that the man seemed disoriented when he was seen walking in the middle of the road.
Undercover police officers in California detained seven teenagers on April 5 after conducting an investigation into the use and distribution of marijuana near a San Diego high school. Media reports indicate that the teens, four minors and three 18-year-old adults, were released after being questioned by SDPD detectives. The teens were detained at approximately 8:30 a.m. in Torrey Highlands. Police say that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
